A lightweight running shoe designed for off-road running on hard pack, mountainous terrain. The Inov-8 F-Lite 195 has been produced to create the most natural foot position, keeping the foot close to the ground for excellent contact and feel.
There is just a 3mm differential between the forefoot and the heel, which many believe is a healthier running position and creates greater stability.
This shoe is also a favourite for CrossFit, the new exercise concept designed for outstanding core strength and conditioning.
