Named after the American journalist Nelly Bly, who set a world record for circumnavigating the globe way back in 1889, these waterproof and breathable boots from Patagonia are made with adventure in mind. With a durable suede leather upper that shrugs off knocks and scrapes on tough terrain, the Bly boot also has a polyester (40% recycled) mesh lining that breathes through sticky situations. The Bly's waterproof/breathable Gore-Tex® lining and gasket construction shield you from wet weather. The 3DM triple-density EVA midsole is compression-molded, providing cushioning and support specifically for women. A shock-distribution plate and injection-molded arch shank lend protection underfoot without sacrificing flexibility. With a multi-tread Vibram® Ecostep™ outsole (30% recycled rubber content) for excellent traction.
